Regarding compensation, we'd like to give some context.
If chasing the highest salary is the biggest driver for someone, there will always be organizations that pay more - and that’s okay. However, when looking holistically at everything Article offers, RRSP/ 401K matching, work flexibility, minimum 3 weeks paid vacation ( an additional week after 3 years of service), wellness days, extended benefits, opportunities to move into other departments, and access to leadership - we think it’s pretty darn good.
That’s not to say salaries aren’t important too, so we benchmark and adjust yearly to the market. Also, all of our N. American jobs share the salary ranges in the job postings - we’d rather be transparent and upfront.
