Management - Although the company describes itself as a human-centered organization, in practice, decision-making tends to be highly centralized. Input from employees is often disregarded, even when alternative ideas could lead to stronger business outcomes. During my tenure, These projects frequently required extensive rework over the following months to address issues that could have been anticipated earlier. While leadership often speaks in terms of ambitious growth and innovation, there is limited openness to collaborative approaches or dissenting perspectives. Employees who challenge the status quo or voice constructive disagreement risk being dismissed abruptly, without clear rationale or prior discussion, leading to wrongful termination... its their way or the highway. They also show favoritism with some employees who act out against C-levels and only get 8 weeks paid leave versus termination like others.
Workload - I observed several top-down initiatives driven by C-level leadership that were executed without sufficient planning or collaboration.
Teams - they make you feel like your opinion matters, even if youre the subject matter expert, but ultimately they do not.
