Pros

It's amazing to work for a company that truly believes in caring for employees. The numerous benefits they offer make it clear that they see how people are able to bring their best selves to work when they're happy and healthy in all areas of their life (not just the hours they spend at work). The coworkers I've meet in my short time with the company have all been some of the most kind and considerate people I've ever worked with. I've yet to encounter unnecessary office politics, and everyone seems happy to help others succeed. That feeling of community and shared goals makes it so much easier to actually get things done.

Cons

The entire company is remote, so for this to be a good fit you'll want to be someone who's happy with permanently working from home instead of an office. And even if you're someone who likes working from home, that set up does make it a bit tricky to get to know the people you work with when you get started at the company. But taking advantage of the numerous Slack discussions groups, joining an ERG, or connecting with the monthly coffee chats can help.

Pros

Good teams, opportunity within company.

Cons

Lack of basic HR benefits, such as FMLA (at the time I worked there). No review process, no salary advancement.
