Since the company announced it's goal of going public and "shooting for the moon", they've been in a constant state of change. They've claimed that "they wouldn't chase this goal if they couldn't do it in a human centered way", but these goals are at odds with each other. The changes made have changed the work culture for the worst. Between layoffs, stricter deadlines, and ever increasingly heightened job expectations, the C-Suite team might make it to the moon, but at what cost to all of the workers that got them there.
