Pros
Remote work, decent benefits, ok pay, good product. However, all of this is eclipsed by the expectation you work 50-60 hours per week.
Cons
They don’t give raises *unless* you receive a promotion. Micromanage-y company culture. Not immune to tech lay offs. Expect an insane time commitment from employees. Pressure to share deeply personal information to explain why you need time off/away from Slack. Overall, working here left a bad taste in my mouth and I was happy to get out when I did. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
