Cons
Articulate was once a human centered organization with a great culture. Those days are long gone. The massive outside capital investment and new exec hires have centered the organization on the revenue, not the people. Like a previous reviewer, I have also experienced leadership one day telling you you're ready for a promotion but then the next day saying you're not ready with no clear requirements for how you'll get there or when, like dangling a carrot in front of your face. I worked here for over a decade and still stay in contact with a lot of great people here. No one that I talk to is happy. Everyone is overworked and stressed out to the max. Politics mean more than work ethic here now. If you're looking for a place with a good culture, healthy work life balance, and opportunities for growth - this is no longer the place.
