Pros
Articulate embraced full remote in the best way I've seen so far. Everyone works from home yet I never felt out of the loop. Very diverse place to work, at least much more so than my previous employers, which was great. Up until 2021 it was easily the best employer I've had in my career.
Cons
I honestly wouldn't have been able to come up with many, until we got our (very large) investment round in 2021. One day we were a highly profitable company with a major focus on both customers and employees, to a company where budgets were shrinking, hiring stopped, more was asked while less was given. Bureaucracy increased, communication became more vague. Ugh. Looking back, it became the textbook case of what happens when private equity money flows into a company.
