Pros
Interesting work in the infrastructure group Overall it is a nice place to work Flexible working hours and no 'hours' culture
Cons
The pay is very poor compared to competitors. Not a good place to come as a graduate(financially) as your pay is less than those who join from other firms who are on the same grade. The midlands office is isolated which makes it difficult to have any office culture. Moving up initially is not based on performance, everyone gets the same salary increase/grade increase no matter how much work you produce.
