      Innovative. Humin centric thinking. Managers trust all employees and inform all employees of all decisions. They often workshop how we want to grow as a team etc. Smart employees. Overseas work opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes they expect many more hours unpaid overtime. Little recognition for good work. The pay is average. That is about it.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
