No-one values knowledge in this sausage production factory - Environmental Consultant Arup Employee Review

You are not treated as a unique person. Everyone on the team I worked in had different backgrounds, interests and knowledge. None were allowed to use them. You are told to do whatever, usually admin levels of stuff, when senior people carry on doing the more interesting stuff, but they have to come ask you anyway as they have no clue what to do. It's just a production line where they only way to climb the ladder is to brown nose the right people, hard work is not recognised or rewarded.
