      Talented people Exciting project opportunities (overseas and large-scale) Opportunities to work in different areas/teams Sustainability, resilience, digital transformation, social value and other important topics are increasingly being considered in most of projects

      Cons

      Hard to do extra activities within the company without a job number (overtime hours, then) Leadership is not very diverse Salaries should be higher considering the level of skills people have

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
