Pros
Most employees here take pride in their work and try to do the best job possible. There is what I feel to be genuine concern from high-level management to deliver projects that make the world a better place (environmentally sound, socially responsible).
Cons
They expect a high level of results out of their employees which is good, but it tends to drift over into pressure to "wow" and "amaze" that leads to stress. The extra hours and pressure tend to thwart creativity more than they enable it.
