1. High turnover rate 2. Workload - Typical consultancy line to have high workload and stress with multiple deadlines. However, management could do something with someone who has been overloaded. 3. Timesheet - not reflecting the true workload and busyness 4. Salary - just average in the market & slow increment 5. Profit sharing - approx 1 month. Higher grade will get more. 6. Arup GDP - does not meet expectations . Your learning development depend on your day to day tasks.
