      Pros

      Everyone has been supportive throughout my time here with collaborating with others on projects, figuring out together to find a solution, and my inputs are being heard. There are ERGs available to support inclusivity in the workplace and where we celebrate each other outside of our work. I am encourage to take time off and there is flexibility with my work environment.

      Cons

      IT systems are outdated but seems to be improving.

      Pros

      Working at Arup was a great experience, surrounded by smart, motivated, and mission-driven peers.

      Cons

      This may have since improved, but at least previously, the America's region felt rather second-class compared to UK. Most/all senior leadership, even in the US, was British.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
