      - amazing amount of knowledge and expertise available at your fingertips - made lifelong friends globally - progressed my career quickly - great 401k matching program

      - perceived the pay lower base salary in the market - profit share varied significantly during my time there; however, was never groundbreaking - takes a long time to remove bad eggs from the firm due to structure

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
