Pros
Very competitive benefits and at very little cost to the employee. 401k match is 100% of up to first 10% deferred and vesting is only 4 years.
Cons
Could go further in offering more wellness options like gym allowances and more onsite programs encouraging mindfulness and stress mgmt.
