      Pros

      Projects are interesting, general sense of togetherness, teams work well together, training opportunities, central location, salary seems low but isn't compared to other consultancies.

      Cons

      New kind of culture emerging which is making it less enjoyable to work there. People gate keep a lot more now. Profit share has not been exciting the past 5 or so years, but job and project stability has been good.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
