Pros
- Amazing projects locally and globally - Opportunities to work in Arup offices overseas - Beautiful and inspring office with a Sky Park and nice amenities - Great in-house cafe (Streat) with cheap coffee for staff - Lots of free lunchtime talks with free food - Monthly EOM drinks and socials
Cons
- Too many loss-making projects, which was demoralising to work on - Pay was modest - Too many data centre projects for my liking during the time I left - Timesheet anxiety (filling in timesheets every week was stressful at times)
