Pros
I attained a great work-life balances here and was able to enjoy the perks of working on the Google campus (our office was located and contracted with Google). I learned a lot and it gave me a much-needed boost for my career change out of sales and into finance and accounting.
Cons
While the company culture and job benefits were great, working there was difficult after I survived two mass layoffs due to outsourcing. I simply didn't know when my last day will be and was constantly in limbo for 18 months. That is why after the 2nd mass layoff, I decided to move on and not wait to see if I can survive a 3rd mass layoff.
