The ARVATO management philosophy is one of people should feel honored to work here. They do not respect the people who have been in that facility for 25+ years - those individuals are seen as burdens due to their seniority and benefit levels. The german management philosphy is that they want YOUNG workers who come in under new benefit levels (none). It's a sad thing as many of the employees there would have done anything for the previous SONOPRESS management team.
