They lie to you during training regarding your work hours. Training documents not updated regularly. Management could care less about you. It's all about $ with upper management. Pay is way below average for type of work required, but when they stop hiding exec salaries, it may improve. Horrible security: Cars getting broken into, etc. Too many employee personal relationships that interfere with work. Drama and favorites played. All people do is complain all day. They have good reason to, but it's a negative vibe 24/7.
