Pros
I have worked at Arxan for almost 1.5 years. This is by far one of my favorite companies I have worked for - I am a seasoned professional, so I don't say this lightly. There is a great energy, respect and a sense of cohesiveness among the various departments - we are all working together (and owning our areas) to ensure the company's success. The executive staff is very connected to the team and the CEO (who is extremely kind and humble) does an excellent job communicating and being transparent. The company holds routinely scheduled all-hands meetings so the CEO can update employees on any recent events and typically department heads will provide updates (so there is good cross-communication among the various departments). The work environment is awesome - we have the most amazing SF views and the people here are really fun to be around (in addition to being very good at their jobs). Finally, the company is on a growth trajectory so it's an especially exciting time to be here.
Cons
You must be able to produce/deliver because there is no place for mediocrity here. The ability to think outside of the box is important too.
