      Pros

      Everyday I wake up I look forward to spending my day with my family. I say family because that is just what it is. The residents, their families, and every associate that I have ever met will not walk by without a friendly hello, a smile, or a hug.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons, although one of the hardest things that I deal with is losing some of my very dear friends, but we gain angels to watch over us!

      Pros

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
