Stay far away - Medication Technician Asbury Communities Employee Review

Pros

The residents are the only thing that make this place worth showing up to.

Cons

Management is toxic. They spread rumors. They hide evidence of people stealing patients medication and target the people who speak up about it. Management plays favorites, does not implement policies that help the residents. They are more worried about getting arbitrary cleaning task lists done rather than actual patient care, resulting in many patient falls and injuries. One of the LPN Supervisors will actually take medications home to see if we're doing med count correctly. They also will hide things to see if we're actually cleaning. All of the focus put on setting up employees could be put to better use.

Pros

At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.
