Pros

At times can be a fun atmosphere and a tight-knit group.

Cons

The company is notorious for firing people abruptly, with little to no reason. While I was there, someone got fired simply for rolling their eyes at a supervisor. Another person got fired because they went to the bathroom too often. While I was there, the accountant shared that their unemployment costs to former employees each month was unheard of. The management team is a joke, with no applicable experience for their current career. A lawyer who couldn't get a job as a lawyer runs their student support services. Favoritism is certainly a problem with the company. The CEO can be very supportive and fun, other times he's proven to be self-centered, arrogant and demeaning. The same goes for other members of his family who help run the business. I've never been treated so horribly in my life. The fact that they haven't been sued by former employees for their unprofessionalism and complete disregard for people is a complete shock.

Pros

Decent benefits Hybrid WFH schedule Some really great direct managers

Cons

Chaotic and disorganized, with old outdated backend systems. Work performance and output not generally recognized: people who do very little work are often paid the same, or more than people who do double or triple the workload, and are allowed to continue with the company while other shoulder the load. Once you are on a team or part of a BU - good luck making a move to another team or BU. The place is a revolving door for a lot of positions, but once you learn a skillset they are unlikely to allow a move. The sales team runs this place, so be prepared to be bullied constantly by them, even when you are told to gatekeep.
