Pros

The product benefits nursing students, programs and nurse educators. The company employs some of the smartest people which provides a strong backbone to the validity of the product and the company's place in the industry. When I first started, almost everyone strove to support the values and mission of the company. There was a level of selflessness that focused on the good of the client and the good of the company without the games that are commonly found in growing businesses.

Cons

An unexpected change t in executive leadership has resulted in a lot of politics and withholding of information. It would appear the environment of "let's collaborate to get it done" is shifting into a work place of "how do I protect my area of control".

Pros

Decent benefits Hybrid WFH schedule Some really great direct managers

Cons

Chaotic and disorganized, with old outdated backend systems. Work performance and output not generally recognized: people who do very little work are often paid the same, or more than people who do double or triple the workload, and are allowed to continue with the company while other shoulder the load. Once you are on a team or part of a BU - good luck making a move to another team or BU. The place is a revolving door for a lot of positions, but once you learn a skillset they are unlikely to allow a move. The sales team runs this place, so be prepared to be bullied constantly by them, even when you are told to gatekeep.
