Agency does not have many jobs/clients to send you out to. they forget to disclose important information, nor they seem to remember what you agreed to with them.
They are nice enough like someone else said. They’ll try to get you assignments. They’ll respond to your emails and phone messages, although you’d have to wait about 2 days. Make sure to call them back as soon as they call you though, otherwise they’ll ring you 3-5 times in a row. Funny how that works.
Cons
Anytime you see that a company has a 100% rating on Glassdoor with only 3 reviews, be very skeptical. Its probably the 3 people that work as recruiters who gave that score to boost their rating. I have been a client with this company for about a year and have decided to leave. Like someone else said, they’re nice enough (sort of), but when it comes to business they are not very ethical. As far as recruiting firms go I would not recommend them to anyone, there are far better firms in New York City.
