Underwriter - Anonymous employee Ascendum Solutions Employee Review

Can't think of a single, good reason to work there. Lots of empty promises for promotion, salary increases during interview that never materialized. No one knew what they were doing nor did they have any training in place for new employees. I had hoped for some ground-floor experience but was sorely disappointed. Competant leadership/appreciation from upper management was non-existent. Lower management was beyond adequate but overworked/underpaid so little time to assist or lead by example. Daily complaints among employees disappointed and disgruntled due to low wages and excess hours.
