      Pros

      I have met with everyone on my team and they are all very helpful and supportive. My manager checks in with me multiple times a week to ensure I'm in a good spot. The training coaches are very approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      I am struggling to learn the different systems and where is the best place to go to access the info as quickly and efficiently as possible.

      Pros

      Excellent manager and team with streamlined processes. Benefits are greater than what I have seen in a majority of other businesses. The IT team generally moves very quick to resolve issues. HR/Hiring team was very quick and informative.

      Cons

      Only have two monitors when three would offer more efficiency. Although many tasks have SOPs and guides, some guides might not be updated (IE I found a guide that had the incorrect naming convention for a file). Any study materials needed to obtain relevant professional credentials are not covered by Ascensus. Obtaining relevant professional credentials also does not provide you with any bonus. You must wait a minimum of 12 months in your current position before wanting to change/pursue other job opportunities at Ascensus. The career ladder, at least in the Compliance team, seems rather narrow and limited.
