      Nice people, they try to recognize employees, ethical management good time off package

      401k plans are complicated to learn and companies do not take ownership of their end of the responsiblity

      Pros

      Generous PTO if you lasted five or more years.

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management, plays favorites, rewards people who play the game and then expect people passed-over for promotions to train their new bosses. Artificially inflate metric standards so it is impossible to get a max raise because it is physically impossible to meet the goals (partly company-wide so not even possible to control with personal hard work).
