      decent benefits and good schedule flexibility

      continuously adds on the duties of the people who leave without any type of compensation besides a pat on the back and "we appreciate the work you do" and "people have definitely taken notice" Terrible metric for measuring productivity

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
