      Pros

      Steady job, comfortable, monotonous work

      Cons

      Best worker will be treated the same as poorest performer. No rewards for working hard and taking up multiple responsibilities. Zero motivation and employees give up easily. High attrition rate. Pay hikes are a joke. D&I, messages to employees and townhalls are window dressing. Don't mean anything.

      Pros

      Generous PTO if you lasted five or more years.

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management, plays favorites, rewards people who play the game and then expect people passed-over for promotions to train their new bosses. Artificially inflate metric standards so it is impossible to get a max raise because it is physically impossible to meet the goals (partly company-wide so not even possible to control with personal hard work).
