Pros
Working at Ashby has been really satisfying. Things I value: - 100% remote, with EMEA and NA based colleagues. Amongst the smartest and kindest people I have worked with. - Transparency: our financials are visible for everyone within the business, founders regularly communicate their vision for the company, or on wider trends like the current macro-economic setting and how it would affect us. - Customer focussed, the Success/Support team is core to the business, we celebrate wins and take our customers requests/feedback seriously. We even communicate issues (and the solution) pro-actively. - The product is miles ahead of what is current in the HR-tech / People software domain. Our customers love the product, which makes the job very rewarding. - I personally love working for a company that isn't boasting how much funding or money was raised, but instead just has focus on the main goal: happy customers and a great product.
