FDE is a great place to work, they truly care about team members best self journey in and outside of work. The culture is second to none and includes many programs that give back to the employees, the guests and the community. The team works hard and plays hard and makes work enjoyable.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons, this is a retail environment and what you put into it you get out of it. It is all about mindset, and extreme ownership. You have the opportunity to grow, make a lucrative income and have fun if you choose to put in the effort and work. You control the outcome.

Expect you to essentially be on call 24/7, no work life balance, toxic and hostile work environment. People are not exaggerating at all when they say it is “cult like”. Shady sales tactics to get customers to buy. Use fear of punishment to motivate employees.
