Great product, poor management and direction - Account Executive Aspect Software Employee Review

The biggest problem is some of the management and the (lack of) direction and focus. I was brought in for a specific purpose, but was not given all the tools to succeed. Ultimately I struggled daily due to poor management and lack of support from my direct management to get the needed changes within the company
