This place is a mess right now - Architect Aspect Software Employee Review

We are selling an unfinished product which does not meet customer requirements or expectations. Our PS and support orgs are in a state if turmoil after it was announced that 160 jobs are moving to the "Center of Excellence" in Bangalore. This company is thick with middle management who cannot stand each other and look for opportunities to undermine each other at every turn. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Literally everyone touches every project and it confuses the hell out of our customers. I have to report my project status on four different platforms. We are losing good people to competitors.
