Pros
New leadership having good focus and vision. New product released with high quality and starting to payoff. Can work on cutting edge technologies. Can balance personal and professional life . Salary is good. All this opinion is from the past few months positive changes happening in Aspect.
Cons
Ealier had lot of issues like frequent layoffs, no long term vison, very less investment in R&D which has attributed to the loss of market share and revenue.
