Closed management structure - "good ol Boy network" important to be promoted. Weak partner eco-system which limits ability to co-sell opportunities. Partner opportunities are very opportunistically distributed and evaluated. Weak presence in Federal / State and Local Government market. Small sales staff to support government market. Lots of turnover from traditional Aspect staff - truly now run by former Davox management which seems slow on uptake of enterprise sales transactions.
