Middle and upper management is crap. No long term vision or proper execution. Taken lots of baggage over the years by acquisition and mergers. Talents and hard work is not valued right. BS'ers, politicians and big talkers climb up the ladder quick. The new CEO is a dumb wit who sends weekly email rant with full of typos and grammatical mistakes that's supposed to be inspiring memo to employees... but it only has info about weather, who he met with and what he discussed that week. At CEO level, I expect you to know the difference between 'there' and 'their' at least...
