Pros
At one time, this was a great company to work for. There used to be a sense of continuity and co-workers seemed happy with the company.
Cons
Execs are so driven to make themselves shine, they have no concern for the workers. Current workers are wondering who's next to be laid off. Fear is rampant. Company direction appears to be: hire young college kids to reduce salaries, have the tenured employees that remain train them and then let the tenured employees go.
