Regret coming to work for this company but its a paycheck - Customer Support Engineer Aspect Software Employee Review

Company has no direction and is managed by under-qualified managers and directors who do not care about anyone except keeping their jobs by trying to look good by any means. It almost looks like the company fires employees every couple of months and then hires cheaper employees. They have removed all overtime pay even if it affects the customers service and their salary pay is very low compared to other companies in the industry.
