Pros
The Folks here are great, easy to get along with and were willing to help out when needed, beneifts were decent for a first time out of college job.
Cons
Management needs to sit and do some of the work themselves in order to understand the degree of patience it requires to deal with the customers and then you would value all of those Senior and Advanced support employees you either laid off or allowed to walk away.
