Cons
Management are in complete disconnect with their staff. Most of the EA workforce will have no involvement with the 'cloud' products. (R)VP's who cannot work together and act as competitors resulting in redundancies. Local Senior Management do not share the executives ideas. Management take advantage of employee goodwill and give nothing back. Hardly any talent left in the organisation Customer are fed up with us, especially Aspect Customer Care. If you're not friends with the boss or happy to suck up then you don't get promoted. Doesn't care about legacy customers. Waste of time reviews which no one looks at. Lower Management who are scared to voice out their direct reports feelings. Management makes cuts in areas which affect our customers.
