Pros
I have seen a lot of leadership changes at Aspect and the current leadership team has the most clear and transparent vison for the company. I know what we are doing and where we are going. My work life balance is exceptional. My management has confidence in my team to get the job done and so we have the freedom to choose schedules and tasks. Aspect has been remarkably generous with time and money supporting the NPO that I volunteer with. I have held various positions and responsibilities since I have been here. Aspect has a loyal and engaging customer base that I am fortunate enough to interact with on a regular basis. I have worked on a wide range of project types and technologies and have always been given the resources I need to complete them successfully.
Cons
We need to work on our process and polices making them more transparent and consistent across organizations to lessen bureaucracy and improve efficiency.
