Great Company, Great Vision, Stagnant market - Anonymous employee Aspect Software Employee Review

Lower base salary for manegerial positions than industry dictates (expected to make up for in performance).....growth could not sustain corporate vision and go to market strategy (inorganic- much done through acquisition) waining economy did not help matters.....Infused capital from large global software company out of Seattle (I'll let you guess)....emulated thier sales model and got away from many things that seemed to be working.
