Pros
Best reason to work at Aspect - the people. Senior management are so bad that everyone else works overly long hours under extreme pressure to make up for the incompetence of senior management, - makes for great teams.
Cons
Senior management only care about the share price for when they go public - as a result there is only short term thinking, no long term company plans, no consideration for the employees who WONT be made millionaires. UK senior management is dire, bad sales figures resulting in a blame culture and bullying management style which just is not working.
