No Direction - Anonymous employee Aspect Software Employee Review

The company has no direction. It wants to innovate, but no detailed plans how to get there. The execs have grand plans but no path how to get there. Middle management are just trying to hold onto what they have and are not willing to stick their necks out. It is all about short term revenue to them. Had multiple lay-off over the years, so no job security. No long-term plans or investments. Internal processes are horrible. The best people are already leaving the sinking ship.
