Pros

Culture of Aspen bleeds teamwork. Co-workers are willing to help their piers. They also have up to date technology and tools to help you do your job the most efficient way. Great leadership team. Company also does a lot of charity events and spends time giving back to the community which is really important to me.

Cons

It doesn't bother me, but it could to some, that profanity is common throughout meetings and conversations. They have a very candid, open conversation, no BS kind of mentality - which I appreciate but might be too candid for some.

Pros

Aspen has a rare balance you don’t often see as a manger: they care deeply about their people as individuals and then about the results you deliver. Coaching is a part of everyday leadership and professional development is taken seriously. The culture ask that we try to continuously improve and support is always available. It’s a challenging environment and a lot to learn but worth it to see people get their smiles back. There are many potential growth opportunities for staff at all levels and it’s the first company in years where I feel rewarded for the hard work I put in.

Cons

The role suits those excel at their people skills. It’s managing people, driving metrics and constantly convincing people to trust in you and your team. The bar is set high and sometimes that can mean a long day. This isn’t for the meek and mild.
