Coaching is a part of everyday leadership and professional development is taken seriously. The culture ask that we try to continuously improve and support is always available. It’s a challenging environment and a lot to learn but worth it to see people get their smiles back. There are many potential growth opportunities for staff at all levels and it’s the first company in years where I feel rewarded for the hard work I put in.
