Pros

There really aren't any pros. Maybe the location. The office is nice.

Cons

Where do we start...egg shells. That's what it feels like working at this place. Constantly feeling like you're walking on egg shells. You never know what day you will be "the target". Once you're on Mangements radar, you done for. It's only a matter of time before they build a case and fire you. The metrics are so unattainable, you can't even do your job. The culture at this place is "Intimidation". Every meeting is 45 mins of threats and being told your work is unacceptable. Everything I'd numbers driven. You expected to close at 100% every single month. If you don't, you're being called in the office to explain "why". The change in Management has completely turned this place into a sweatshop. This company is and will continue to lose all their good talent, if they don't take a hard look at how its being ran.

Pros

Resources of a large group but management is not out of touch. You’ll feel valued and that your work makes a difference. The company values honest feedback and is involved in the community through volunteer opportunities. Truly can’t say enough good things about working here.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It’s rare to find a company like this.

Pros

We work hard as a team and support each other in order to succeed and provide the best customer experience possible. I feel heard when I express concerns to our leadership team, and I believe the company values align with my personal values.

Cons

The nature of this role and our industry can be stressful (but there would be no stress if were not continuously striving to be better!)
