Almost nine months have passed since the beginning of the terrible war in Ukraine. More than one month have passed since mobilization and complete destruction of all remaining civil rights and freedoms in the country. More than 1M of Russians left the country up to date. Company is doing nothing, just counting money. Aspentech is trying to run business in Russia as usual in the completely crazy environment. Company didn't left Russia and didn't supported the employees. No relocation options, no feedback and help from local management, executives abroad and HR. They are pushing us to sign the contracts as usual and overcome all the incredible obstacles we face on the market taking full risk to ourselves. The company completely ruined the trust and loyalty. What a shame.
